Resolved: My refund has not yet been processed! Ugg has my boots since the 25th May 2021

Update by user Jul 11, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review updated by user Jun 11, 2021 I returned my uggs a while ago- to date I received no communication from them yet I do know the uggs were returned to the Netherlands on the 25th May- I have proof of that. I would like my full refund. User's recommendation: Think twice before ordering from Uggs overseas. Poor customer service.
