Incompetent people in call center

Spent almost two hours on the phone to add yard waste cart to our existing service. Nobody know how to do it. Was on hold forever, transferred to a different department wait on hold until we got disconnected. We called 4 times. The last straw was the last rude representative. Still nothing was resolved. User's recommendation: No options really just beware of their customer service is very poor.
