I rented a car through Car Rental 8 for 4 days, and prepaid the entire cost for those 4 days. I got to my rental car supplier, Fox, and was told that Car Rental 8 hadnt paid them the entire cost that I had paid. So, I had to pay an additional $107 in order for them to let me rent the car, since Car Rental 8s offices were already closed at the time of pick up. After I got back from my trip, I called Car Rental 8 to request the refund of the extra $107 I had to pay. I emailed them the invoice for proof and still havent received a refund. I tried calling in and requesting a manager and was continuously told that they were unavailable. At this time, Im still $107 short with no resolution in sight. Dont use Car Rental 8! User's recommendation: Stay away from Car Rental 8!
