Still haven’t received my parcel

I paid Buffalo an amount due to get my parcel 30th June, till today I haven't received it. Tried several times to contact and communicate with them, I sent proof of payment many times but still they say I must pay. I would like Shein company to assist me get my parcel. I need those items asap. My email address is hloni28@***.com User's recommendation: Using different SA company except for Buffalo.
