Update by user May 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Shein got back to me and appologised, my parcel was delivered 2 weeks from the date of complaint. Thank you very much. Original review posted by user Apr 18, 2021 I received feedback on the order and they said it is held by customs, i emailed back asking for details of the courier and customs to arrange payment.No response.I have sent countless emails already.
