Canva pro subscription not working

I have a canva subscription but it is not being applied to my account. I think my old account on my old phone is not transferring over to my new phone. All of my saved designs are no longer available. When I try to create a new design it tells me to subscribe. when I click the subscribe it tells me I'm already subscribed and doesn't allow me to move forward
