Final bill

I was sent a final bill after I cancelled my policy. I was on auto pay since day one. I was told I had a bill because I always paid behind due to a payment not received in some month. when I pulled my account summery on progressive's site it shows every payment made every month. when I pulled my bank account it also shows every payment made every month. I was sent a letter stating if I didn't pay It would be reported as in collections on my credit report. black mail! as a disabled veteran I have very limited income and can't afford to have to pay things twice. will never use this company again User's recommendation: Do not use this Company!
