I Arrive late last night on flight 4951 at LaGuardia. Im waiting for my Ralph Lawrence garment suitcase and when it comes out the strap is broken off. Suitcase is in good very good condition. The strap was good condition when I loaded up in Birmingham Alabama no problem. This case cost $1000 years ago and still is very Expensive to replace. So I wish someone would contact me on repairing it if can be repaired or replacing it . User's recommendation: I’ve been sending this text sent Friday morning your Luggage saying the store my Ralph Lauren’s garment suitcase. This is a very expensive suitcase I just had it recondition three months ago. I need it repaired which I don’t think this truck will be able to be repaired so I need it replaced by you guys.
