Will not refund money for canceled CMA Festival

The CMA Festival was canceled in 2020 I called and asked for my refund. They said that the event was postponed, and they would move my reservations to 2021.. The CMA Festival was canceled in 2021 I now have to fight to try to get my refund again. Does anybody have any suggestions? User's recommendation: Do not buy tickets from this vendor.
