I work and cook for a restaurant in TN. We sale fried Oreos from time to time. Theyre usually a big hit. But this time the customer was NOT happy. They sent their food back and said there was No cream in the Oreos. So we looked and there was no cream in the Oreos. So we took the whole pack that I had pulled the Oreos from and checked them out and the whole pack was like that. People love their cream in the Oreos, which is why theres double stuffed Oreos and why kids like to eat the middle out of their oreos first. And I would think thats what happened to a few maybe but not the entire brand new pack and that we dont have any kids back here in the kitchen. Theres only one other cook besides me and he didnt work yesterday so I know nobody else touched these cookies. I am really bothered and upset by this. I definitely do not like my customers complaining or sending food back.
