To have an automated system that refuses to allow customers to speal to a representative during a busy time is absolutely unacceptable. We have dropped several thousand dollars on plane tickets for our business and now cannot use them due to COVID. But instead of being able to speak to a human being, they shove you to a website that cannot handle any sort of redistribution or discussion. Not a good goo business practice.
