No response form fidelity home warranty insurance

Called 6/24 with leaking water heater and it is controllable if we shut of water to it. A service provider came out the morning of 6/24. He said it needs to be replaced. The company sent the issue to Fidelity to be approved and has not heard from them and its 6/28 and the water heater is still leakin! I cant get hold of ANYONE at fidelty because of technical difficulties which have been going on since 6/24. Ive called 20 times only to be disconnected after holding for 20 minutes. This company should be liable for any and all damages this causes. Its ludicrous how they are handling calls! They arent! User's recommendation: Read Tati g before purchase.
