I bought this product from you on the 24th of April 2021 and I have hardly used it. Today I was going to tong my hair for a special occasion and found that they did not heat up. The indicator lights up to say what the heat is but there is NO heat. I would like a full refund from you as soon as possible, Please. User's recommendation: Be Wary about buying Electrical Products from Lookfantastic.
