I have been trying to contact a human in your insurance department for over an hour and a half today. Your insurance number never reaches a person it is just an endless automated system telling me information that is on your website. If I wanted that information I wouldn't be calling you. The reason I am trying to reach someone is because I switched insurance companies and I was notified I April that you paid my new insurance company -Homesite policy number 380XXXXXX- for my policy starting May 24. I have sent you my declaration page multiple times. But I was notified by Homesite that my insurance was never paid, and my documents are missing from your website. This needs to be addressed immediately. Why did you tell me it was paid if you never paid it? Where is my money? Is it still in my escrow account, or is it just missing? I need to speak with somebody who can address my questions immediately. You also need to fix your phone system so it is possible to get through to a person. Thank you.
