Did not pay my insurance bill on time.

I have an impound account for my taxes and insurance. They sent my insurance check out late. I received a notice from the insurance carrier that my insurance would lapse if payment was not received. I had to pay the bill even though LoanCare collected the money from me. Absolutely no consideration for my situation when I called them.
