After months of trying to get this company to close my loan and PAY ME BACK the over-payment to my escrow account, I have "heard" from them and was, after long delays, promised a "check in the mail." It has yet to come. I had my son call them, but still no check. I am sure if I owed them this much money, they would have pursued me for a payment, but they are not responding to my many requests. User's recommendation: Find a loan company with integrity, not this one.
