You CANNOT get a live person in the insurance department or the reason that they are rejecting the HO6 policy, the SAME ONE that has been issued and submitted for the last FIVE YEARS! I am at wits end as no matter what number you call you cannot speak to a human being. I would welcome speaking to India or the Philippines at this point! So what have they done, they have issued a policy that they expect me to pay for. Where they gain control is that you can refuse to pay it, however when it comes time to payoff the loan they will charge you for the policy and also interest and penalties. Nothing but a bunch of *** crooks and a lousy loan company. The high and mighty CEO needs to be proud of the scam company that he/she has created. User's recommendation: STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GARBAGE!
