Loan care failed to make my hazard payment and are force placing their more expensive insurance... for the second time!!! Now their trying to charge me for the months I wasn't insured... BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO MAKE MY PAYMENT!!! I WAS LIED TO BY 3 DIFFERENT AGENTS( I HAVE THEIR NAMES). Customer service reps are very rude and extremely hard to reach. Bad business!!!
