Unable to speak with Customer service

I was calling the customer service number and could not get in touch with a person after calling multiple numbers and being supposedly transferred to a representative which went to a voicemail. I only was able to get through because I chose the automated selection for something I didn't need and then I was able to get a real menu. I felt that they really don't want people to contact them or they would have had an option on the initial menu selection that said or questions about something else or speak to a representative. User's recommendation: Change the customer service line automated system. The first menu only gives 2 options with no 3rd choice for something that doesn't apply to the first 2 options.
