Alipay blocked

My Alipay is still blocked. I came back to my home country Pakistan due to COVID-19, and I couldn't use my china number since last year, so they have cancelled my sim. I have changed my mobile due to which I cannot log in my Alipay account. I have money in my Alipay account, that i have to transfer. Kindly help me to login my Alipay account.
