I havent received my item that I ordered on the 16th July 2021 I dont understand why it is taking so long. I dont want it anymore and would like a refund my order number is Order Number: FA-21001****. Can you tell me why I havent heard anything or why I havent received it by now? This is absolutely ridiculous and I would like a full refund
