Missunderstanding

I was put on HOLD for over 3hrs. When the person finally answered the phone, she instructed me to do something I didn't have to do in the past with something I knew nothing about. I was presented with outrageous instructions, and when I told the lady I could not nor did not know how to perform the functions she required, she hung-up on me. Maybe she had a bad day? Maybe she was short because she knows nothing else? Maybe her attitude needs to directed in another job?
