My phone got wet and quit working so I bought an unlocked phone from a friend. I called to get it activated and they told me I needed a new SIM card in order for it to work. Said it would take 3to 5 business days to get to me. So I wait 7 days no SIM card. I call boost back they try to track the item, tell me it has been sent to USPS. I look in my email and the one I got from USPS said they havent received the package yet. Here I am almost 3 and a half WEEKS later I still dont have my SIM card. I paid my bill on June 25th and havent been able to use my service. Boost Mobile SUCKS! User's recommendation: Don’t use boost mobile you will not be happy with them!!!
