I need more data

The added data to my phone a couple of days or weeks ago and never worked I turned off and on but they said still no hotspot I don't understand what's going on I should have never switched my services from Metro to boost but I knew this was going to happen I would have just stayed this is ridiculous User's recommendation: What.
