I have always used Loreal Mascara of some sort. Always have loved it. Until I bought this new mascara. It cost the most and is the worse mascara I have ever put on my eye lashes EVER!. It is AWFUL. It flakes, rubs off on everything, plus it cakes together. I hate it. Worse product you have ever made. If I could get a refund I would. I have never written to you before but this mascara warranted a bad review. I love all your other products. I use the brow pencil, liquid make up, powder and other Loreal mascara, So I do love your products.Dont buy. User's recommendation: Don't buy Air Volume Mega Mascara.
