I have cancelled my subscription within 24 hrs of sign up. But they have charged my card for 12 months. As per their web site cancellation within 24 hrs qualifies for full refund. After not getting any response for two days I went to their chat site and wrote that why I did not get full refund. It asked all the information of refund criteria. But did not respond at the end. This is disgusting. Almost impossible to get a live person User's recommendation: Be careful to subscribe since no live person to contact and automated live chat. Complete waste of time.
