Bad service and a cockroach

It is the second time I order online at the Pompano Beach location. When I went to pick up the order, nothing was ready and they took almost all my lunch time to prepare my order. When I got my lunch into my office I was eating an under a plate a cockroach appeared. User's recommendation: That is up to them.
