DELAY IN SERVICE REQUEST

Hi myself Capt Vishwajeet , Registered mobile no 77628 9**** ; having SONY LED TV , MODEL NO : KDL -50W800D , SERIAL NO : 851****. Purchased 5 yrs back. On 8th June 2021 I put a service request with ID : 6607****. After 2 days sony technician came to check TV , after checking he told that we need to replace speaker , I agreed with him and placed order for new speaker also , which I suppose to get in one week as per sony technician advice and I have given him the Visit charge also . Till today 16th July 2021 , I have called to sony customer care service or sony technician or sony service centre of patna so many times , but the problem didnt resolved. As per the sony service centre , they recd the speaker on 21st June 2021 but I dont know why till now they didnt fix to my TV . If speaker is not working in the TV then it is like a box . Airtel DTH connection is already there and I am paying for the monthly rental also and I am not able to watch the TV also . To watch news and other program today I have purchased one second hand TV for 15000 rs . Just for this unwanted and unreasonable delay reason I have to spend 15 k . Because I dont know how long it will take to fix speaker in my TV from Patna service centre. Really sony is Big and Best company , Its a doubt ???????
