Me n my family were affected with corona in the same month..in june after recovery i have raised a ticket of damaged panel after few days they changed the panel. The same day of late hours tv was blasted with a minor sound i have observed the panel crack with yellowish marks on the top left corner. Immediately i again raised the complaint.. after visiting of technician he observed and claimed it was a physical damage.. After one week the concerned service center is asking me to pay the amount with the discount available. This is realy disgusting from your side as a MNC this is not at all fair...your reputation is being degraded by this type of commitments given by your authorities.. Finaly i am going to lodge a complaint in police station along with consumer court and the dealer with the help of MEDIA. FYI. I will wait for another 3 days if the issue wasn't rectified by this week i will move court..
