Dear Sirs, Airline cancellation fee and MMT convenience fee shouldn't be deducted as due to covid airline cancelled the flight and we were held up in Dubai for 3 months. At least MMT should ask for full refund from Indian Express. We are not asking for any other compensation for 3 months we spent in Dubai hotel. Kindly refund the full amount. Appreciate your kind consideration and avoid any legal steps in this matter. When we discussed with Air India Express they promised that the full amount will be refunded to us.
