Update by user May 24, 2021 Billing department has sent copies of our correspondence emails to the house of representatives and senate in an attempt to bully us into compliance with them. They went through this channel to avoid returning $150 deposit. Beyond ridiculous! Original review posted by user May 24, 2021 Service was installed on May 5th 2021 and had to be rebooted to make it keep working before the Technician left our home. Service completely stopped working the very next day. Tried the troubleshooting as recommended on the tech voicemail (4) times still didnt work. Called to advise company of issue. They wanted us to take time off work to be there to have tech come back out to our home and charge us $185 for their network that wouldn't work. They refuse to return our $150 deposit and had the audacity to bill us for 2 months worth of service that was never used as we went back to our previous internet provider Horrible service! User's recommendation: Never use this company!!!
