Tis evening I spoke 2 yor staff Mr Sebastion. I believe Ninja Van need 2 employ more professional n courteous personnel not somebody who knows nothing nor able 2 answer my enquiries on actual date n time i can expect my parcel 2 arrive He told me 2 call only wen the goods r in the van/lorry. I asked how do I know wen the goods will b on the van/lorry before I can call? Wud u believe he keeps repeating the same thing. Then he asked me to tell to my daughter who placed the order to call him.but when she called no one answered I did call too but only listened to music. answer. User's recommendation: I wud strongly advice any future customers to avoid ordering anything from Lazada if they still uses NinjaVan to deliver. Theres far too many complaints against this co because I believe they are unprofessional, staff not well trained in customer service n as if they dont know wat to do wen customers enquire about delivery of their orders.
