Failed delivery and refusal to take responsibility

Package was to be delivered via contact-less delivery by Ninja Van which promised to leave the package in a safe location nearby doorstep However, the package was left at the doorstep in open view to everyone and no notification was sent by Ninja Van to indicate the package was delivered as past practice. As a result of improper delivery which goes against its promise, the package was subsequently lost/stolen Ninja Van refused to accept responsibility and kept insisting it did nothing wrong even though it failed on its promise. User's recommendation: Not to engage Ninja Van at all if possible, else never choose contact-less delivery.
