Manufacturer need to do a recall!

I have 2 Samsung Galaxy S8's so i bought 2 Lifeproof cases. Shortly after the volume & power buttons did not work. I contacted Lifeproof, they claim they didn't have any customers with the same issue. The shipped a new case & guess what...both my cases have the issue with the volume button not working! $200 is a lot for defective cases. I can't conteol the buttons without taking the case off, so what's the point in having this for my phones? They need to do a recall, IMMEDIATELY!
