I'm still waiting to hear back from Bandolier about the status of my exchange. Every time I go on the site, I seem to misunderstand something. Last year, I didn't know that the bag (shown with a strap) didn't come with a strap. This time, I ordered what I thought was another crossbody that could actually fit my iPhone and I got a different purse. User's recommendation: It is a good product. Very expensive. Sadly, my last crossover only lasted a year before the hooked ripped out.
