Went online to purchase car, was approved and set up delivery for the following week. Received a text the day before scheduled delivery verifying same. Two hours later text stating we would have to reschedule due to transportation issues. I offered to drive to the nearest kiosk to pick the car (about 100 miles) and was told that their kiosks are not "customer facing". They rescheduled 4 more times. One of their live reps let slip that they did not have the title for the car. I cancelled the order and bought locally. User's recommendation: Unless you want to wait a long time for a used car, do not buy from Carvana. There was a recent settlement with the State of North Carolina regarding their failure to deliver titles to the DMV and selling cars without a state inspection completed.
