I have 2 outdoor Nest Cameras that quit working after 2 months. I was told I had to give my cc to get a replacement but they wouldnt charge. All I had to do was return the camera. Well the return authorization didnt work, FedEx wouldnt take it. When o reported this they said they would send another. They didnt and charged my credit card. Now I have 3 cameras paid for. And none of them work. I have been trying for 2 months to resolve this. Have spend many many hours on the phone, on chat, by email. You name it but the representatives all act like they cant hear because we go in a constant loop and no one ends up helping. Do not buy Google Nest Cameras!!! User's recommendation: Do not buy Google Nest Cameras.
