Update by user May 21, 2021 ... so I'm not sure if pissedconsumer.com helped but today, Danby called me up, and offered us the choice of an almost 3 quarters of the price reimbursement or a new replacement with a comparable fridge! Pretty cool! They lived up to their "Do the right thing" motto! Original review posted by user May 20, 2021 Bought a 17 all refrigerator. It malfunctioned within a year. They replaced it but it required a lot of waiting on the phone. The replacement unit, same model, malfunctioned exactly the same way, gas leak, though just after the warranty expired, to which they emphasize this in every email I've since had. User's recommendation: Absolutely do not recommend Danby.
