For no reason other then using the card whe i got paid it locked my account

so i have this garbage *** card and it has locked me out and when i tried to log into my account it locked that as well and to you to call the back of the card, then you call the card and they are closed for the day, and to log into the web site.... anyone else see this problem... no support and no access to your money wow, i mean wow what a horrible pay card company User's recommendation: do not use for any thing.
