Can't find a remote control for an older Sloeusair Mac12k. But worse, Can't find anyone to talk to, personally, over the phone. Everyone (companies/ corporations) wants to take the scandalous route these days, not owning up to *** not talking to citizens and customers, but rather ripping people through the mail, without ever making human contact, and that *** me off the most!Soleusair hasn't done anything other than not answer the *** phone, because they don't have a damn ogleforfor a User's recommendation: Get a phone and answer it!
