our dehumidifier was purchased June 16th 2019......it sounds like the compressor has already worn out...we have not used it that much since we got it ...(not even two years ago)... the model number is HMT-D70EIP-A...the capacity is 70 pints per day....the unit runs but does not 'kick in' to remove any moisture in the air...we have had allot of problems with your product in the past as well, seems we are getting all the lemons....please advise as to replacing this unit as soon as possible...thank you, Shirley Hoiby
