My issue is, i have 2 items missing from my orders.. 1 from my previous order & 1 from my recent order. I want

I placed a order 2/20/21, had 1 item missing, a letter came with it say it was out of stock, it'd be shipped in 7-10 days.. i placed a order on 4/9/21, recieved everything but 1 item. Another letter came saying the same thing. User's recommendation: I love the products, they are fantastic. But the lack of customer service & response with trying to figure out where my missing items are is absolutely ridiculous.
