Horrible customer service and never received the package

They never delivered my items and when I called to report it, they told me I had to file a claim with the postal service. They refused to refund my order or resend it. They guy was rude and did not even apologize. User's recommendation: You may not ever receive your order. Do not order from them. They are too cheap to use FedEx or UPS.
