Money taken, no product shipped

I ordered some shampoo over 5 weeks ago. They sent an email saying my product had been "packed and shipped" the next day. That was a lie. When I email them to ask about this they ignore me and never respond. Start looking and find there are hundreds of BBB complaints about this company, most of the same variety as mine. User's recommendation: Avoid this company!
