Call today reference no hot water and received claim# 263**** for Aquaflow plumbing co., They called to schedule, but no openings till Monday, 11/16/20. Recalled nicor solutions rep stated contractor does not open till 7:30 am, bit will call me back once contractor if notified. Never called back..This started around 7am and no call back, so at 11am called for a plumbing contractor to repair water heater. Tried to call Nicor for over an hour, busy waiting for someone to answer... User's recommendation: Don't call Nicor..
