After a month of contacting Scripps for lab results (from myself and the physician), I learned the lab simply failed to perform the services. Now, I handed the lab orders directly to the front desk having had issues with electronically submitted orders, Im 100% sure they were all present and accounted for. Finally, after contacting their patient relations department, I spoke with the Lab Supervisor. The lab, it seems, lost the orders. Were they discarded? The tests performed on the next patient? Well never know. User's recommendation: Use another lab!
