Having all sorts of trouble connecting the printer wirelessly to my network and there is no one around to talk to. It was almost impossible to find a phone number for them. (Thank you Pissed Consumer) When I did finally call, their tech support have all gone home for the day. Soooo frustrating! User's recommendation: I'd like to think my experience is the only one like it, but I doubt it.
