Ive been sent to the virtual assistant now six times I have called been calling for the past two hours I need a picture and it will not print off a picture I need this record within the next hour and a half and I cant get anybody to help me no I like your packer but I dont like the service youre giving for customers if you cant pick up the phone and walk me through and talk to me I will never purchase another short packer device again I am very disgusted this is a very serious matter right now and Im getting nowhere User's recommendation: Check into the customer service before you buy Hewlett-Packard if this is the best that they can do I’m gonna lose in court because I can’t print print off a picture this is not funny.
