Their Instant Ink program is the most confusing thing ever, and if your payment card lapses you are automatically unenrolled and your printer won't work!!! I had to google their corporate HQ phone number and push the option to purchase something to finally get a live person who could help. I wasted at least 4 hours on this and over 4 days (because of the weekend) not being able to print necessary documents. User's recommendation: Don't purchase HP products.
