Unlock my card

Im so annoyed right now. My card is locked out because of an address change. I need the money on my account. My 10 month old daughter needs formula and diapers. How am i supposed to provide for her when my money is locked. If this isnt fixed by the end of the week I will be raising *** User's recommendation: Direct deposit.
